Collective health insurance Spain

It is very professional for a company to be involved in the health of your employees and bear part
of their expenses by paying their health insurance. Within some companies this only applies to the
board of managers, in other companies it applies to all employees.
Offering a private health insurance has its advantages:
- For the employer: these costs are fully deductible and employees will be helped by specialists
more quickly, helping them recover more rapidly and having less absence through sickness.
- For the employee: this remuneration is not regarded as income and therefore is tax free up to
1,500 euros per year per family.
Given the fact that with a collective health insurance we are talking about 10 or more policies, the
insurer is able offer very low insurance premiums.
